Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions explain how you may access and use the VidNest platform, including account creation, video engagement, rewards, referrals, paid plans, verification steps, support tools, and withdrawals. By accessing the site, creating an account, or continuing to use any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility

Rewards
Reward rates, eligibility, and recorded activity may be reviewed, adjusted, or reversed if invalid.
Plans
Plans may renew every 30 days where stated on the plan page or checkout flow.
Refunds
Plan payments may qualify for a 7-day refund only if no plan benefits were used.
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, submitting a withdrawal, or otherwise using VidNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies, plan rules, refund rules, or operational notices shown on the platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VidNest. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
We may publish additional rules for specific features, including support, verification, payments, promotions, referrals, or withdrawals. Those rules supplement these Terms and are incorporated by reference when they apply to your activity.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and you must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the platform.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are not barred from using the services under any applicable law, sanction, restriction, or prior suspension from VidNest.
To access restricted features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping that information updated.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account credentials. Keep your password and authentication details secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that appear incomplete, misleading, duplicated, compromised, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms or with platform security rules.
The platform may provide access to sponsored videos, promotional content, watch history, referral tools, support tools, plan subscriptions, verification flows, dashboard summaries, withdrawal tools, and related account services.
We may add, remove, modify, pause, or replace features at any time. Not every feature is available in every jurisdiction, for every user, or at every time.
Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as employment, guaranteed income, investment advice, financial advice, or a promise of uninterrupted earnings.
Rewards, watch-time credit, activity points, earnings estimates, and related balances are subject to platform rules, anti-fraud review, and technical validation. Displayed balances may be provisional until activity is confirmed as valid.
We may determine in our reasonable discretion whether a viewing session, referral action, or other activity qualifies for credit. Reward rates, thresholds, limits, supported actions, and earnings methods may change at any time.
Invalid, incomplete, duplicated, manipulated, botted, or otherwise non-compliant activity may be rejected, reversed, removed, or excluded from balances, even if it was initially shown in the account interface.
If the platform offers referral rewards or referral-based eligibility, referred users must be genuine new users who independently create and operate their own accounts in compliance with these Terms.
Referral benefits may depend on additional conditions such as account verification, valid watch-time completion, plan status, fraud review, referral activity quality, or minimum qualifying thresholds displayed on the platform.
Withdrawal access depends on the rules displayed by the platform at the time of your request. Those rules may include minimum watch time, referral thresholds, plan status, verification steps, account standing, payout method requirements, fraud review, and accurate payout details.
Withdrawal submission does not guarantee approval, timing, or availability of funds. Estimated processing times are targets only and may change due to traffic, maintenance, payment provider issues, security checks, compliance obligations, or incomplete information.
We may pause, reject, or reverse a withdrawal request if we reasonably believe the account, watch activity, referral activity, payment details, or related behaviour is inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, or non-compliant.
The platform may offer paid plans, verification plans, or other paid features. Pricing, billing cycle, included benefits, renewal terms, and eligibility are determined by the plan page, checkout flow, and any applicable operational notice shown at the time of purchase.
Where a plan is described as recurring or renewing, it may renew automatically every 30 days or on the cycle stated at checkout. By activating a plan, you authorize the applicable charge under the stated billing terms.
Some accounts may be asked to complete additional verification before certain actions, such as withdrawals, can continue. If a verification-related plan is offered or recommended, the platform page or support instructions applicable to that process will control.
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms shown on the platform at the time of purchase. As described on the plan pages and refund guarantee page, payments may be refundable within 7 days if no plan benefits have been used.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. We may request records, account details, plan usage information, payment confirmation, or other reasonable evidence before deciding a request.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, unauthorized payment claim, or reversal without first using the platform’s available support and refund process where appropriate, we may suspend your account, remove credited benefits, or contest the claim where permitted.
You must use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, its users, advertisers, payment processes, or security controls.
The platform, including its software, interface, design, text, images, video selections, branding, logos, source materials, and underlying systems, is owned by or licensed to VidNest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute, display, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials. Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, ideas, or improvement requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without compensation or attribution, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To operate the platform, protect users, validate activity, prevent fraud, and process support and payout requests, we may collect and use account, device, session, network, browser, payment, referral, and usage information as described in our notices and platform flows.
You agree that we may communicate with you about your account, platform operations, plans, support matters, verification requests, payouts, refunds, fraud reviews, and policy changes by email, dashboard notice, in-app notice, support message, or other reasonable channel.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date and for checking notices sent through the platform.
The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, technical issues, fraud reviews, payment provider issues, legal requirements, or events outside our control.
We may revise features, rules, layouts, reward logic, thresholds, billing models, payout methods, or other parts of the service at any time. Changes may take effect immediately where necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
Your continued use of the platform after any update to the service or these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend, limit, review, or terminate your account or access to any feature if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created a risk to the platform or others, triggered fraud or compliance concerns, or used the service in a way that is abusive or unlawful.
You may stop using the platform at any time. However, termination or account closure does not automatically entitle you to payment, refund, or preservation of provisional balances, credits, or benefits.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions about payment disputes, liability limits, intellectual property, refunds, and disputes, will continue to apply after termination.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted earnings, permanent feature availability, guaranteed payout timing, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidNest and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or expected rewards arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful content or behaviour, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be waived under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Except where mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact support first and provide enough detail for the issue to be reviewed in good faith. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where legally appropriate.
Where the platform offers paid plans, verification features, upgrades, promotional purchases, or similar paid services, the price, billing cycle, currency, taxes, fees, and supported payment methods shown at checkout will apply to that transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the order summary before completing any purchase.
We may use third-party payment processors, banking partners, wallet providers, card processors, or related service providers to collect payments and process refunds. Those providers may apply their own operational requirements, technical limits, verification checks, or service availability rules. We are not responsible for delays, restrictions, or failures caused solely by a third-party payment provider.
If a price, tax amount, recurring amount, promotional period, or plan description is stated on a specific checkout page, that transaction-specific information forms part of your agreement for that purchase. Promotional pricing may be limited by time, quantity, account, geography, or prior purchase history.
To protect the platform, advertisers, payment partners, and users, we may review account activity, devices, sessions, referral patterns, payout requests, communications, payment records, and related platform behaviour where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, dispute handling, quality control, security, or legal obligations.
You agree to cooperate with reasonable review requests, including requests for identity confirmation, account ownership evidence, payment proof, transaction information, or other supporting records relevant to the activity under review.
Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable time, or providing false, altered, or misleading information, may result in rejected withdrawals, loss of benefits, account restriction, or account closure.
You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, payment messages, renewal notices, policy updates, support replies, and other communications electronically, including through web pages, dashboard messages, email, or support channels linked to your account.
Where the platform asks you to click, confirm, tick a box, submit a form, or complete an online verification flow, you agree that your electronic action may be treated as your acceptance, confirmation, instruction, or signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Electronic records generated by the platform in the ordinary course of operation may be used to demonstrate the content of a notice, the time of a submission, the existence of a renewal, the creation of a request, or the confirmation of an account action.
We are not responsible for delay, interruption, restricted access, or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, cloud provider issues, banking outages, payment network disruptions, cyberattacks, labour disputes, civil unrest, natural disasters, legal orders, sanctions, government action, or service failures by third-party providers.
Where such an event affects platform operation, we may suspend features, delay withdrawals, postpone processing, extend review time, or temporarily limit access for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the impact and restore services safely.
These Terms, together with any applicable checkout terms, refund rules, feature notices, and platform policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and VidNest regarding your use of the platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a right or provision at any time is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be clear and specific to be effective.
